Submissions I preapred as a forecast for 2013-2018.
Author of this document that was accepted by the USP Senate in 2011.
My submissions as part of the CFDL Annual Plan and Budget for 2013 (and beyond) is based on a complete revision of the processes and structures from an operational perspective that will feed directly into the strategic Priority Areas and Objectives of the USP Strategic Plan 2013-2018.
I participated in the Leadership in Learning Technologies Institute run by ACODE in August 2012 in Coolangatta, Australia. It is the best Leadership programme that I have attended and recommned it very strongly.
With other colleagues from the School of Education and CFDL, we edited this draft. Mr. Ian Thomson (New Zealand) authored the original document and we made extensive edits to contextualise with a clear vision for Pacific Island countries.
The email received from Dr. Wayne Macintosh (Director, OER Foundation) and founding member of the OER university (OERu) on our (USP's) acceptance to be an anchor partner of the OERu.
